Hi Polly,

You will need an Arkansas license.  I would just apply to the district
that you will be moving to, and they will let you know if there are any
openings.  You just never know.  As far as your master's degree, don't
expect great pay.  A lot of school nurses like what they do, and they
have children/grandchildren that they are looking after, so there are
other rewards.  Hope this helps.

I am a school nurse in Colorado. I am originally from Arkansas and want
to move back to Little Rock/North Little Rock area in a few years.
I currently have a Colorado State Nursing License and also an Educators
State School Nurse Licence. What type of Arkanss Licenses do I need in
Arkansas to get a school nurse position?
Are there very many openings for school nursing? I have a master's
degree in Nursing.
