I believe State law says they have 30 days to comply.  I send two
notices and try not to give them more than a month.  After two notices
and no response I turn it over to my Principal and she calls the parent
and tell them to come pick their child up and keep them at home until
immunization occurs.

when the students don't have them. How many notices do you give them?
