[School-nurse] Immunization Policy

They have 30 days to be in compliance, so I send one letter and give them 2 weeks to get it done then I send another letter that says that they cannot come back after a certain date (2 more weeks) signed by my principal.

Does anyone have a policy & procedure for how they enforce immunizations when the students don't have them. How many notices do you give them?
