[School-nurse] Nursing salaries

In Fayetteville our highest step is 25 years.  We remain on the 
classified pay scale.  I am in the process of negotiating a salary 
increase.  Interestingly enough I have used Rogers salaries to make a 
case that we need an increase!  At the present time Fayetteville nurses 
are at the bottom of the scale for NW AR at the first year of employment 
and second to the bottom after 10 years!
