Sandy,
     I started at Perryville School District 3 years ago as the RN, I
was the first RN they had ever hired, so they didn't have a pay scale
for an RN.  They hired me at the top of the pay scale for an LPN, which
is $20,000/yr.  I was told that a pay scale for an RN would have to be
made, but 3 yrs. later still no change, and since I am at the top of the
pay scale no raises either.  I only receive the 3% raises that the whole
school district sometimes receives.

Hello,
	I am Sandy Williams RN, I have been a school nurse in the Rogers

School District for 15 years.  I am interested in knowing the districts
who pay 
their nurses the same salary scale as the teachers.  I am also,
interested in 
your highest step on your scale and the salary of that step.  As I have
look at 
a few school websites it seems that our salary is behind many in the
state.  
Our teachers are paid some of the highest salaries in the state but our 
nurses salaries our last step in behind many.

I would appreciate any information.
