Here at Nashville this is my 26th year and I am in the teacher salary
scale.  It tops out at 15 years which means that those of us who are
above that only get more money if there is an across the board raise. 
We have one other nurse who is paid hourly, but I do not know her wage. 
We are both RNs.  I am a National Board Certified School Nurse with an
AD in nursing and a BS in psychology. Good luck with your salary
problem.

Hello,
	I am Sandy Williams RN, I have been a school nurse in the Rogers

School District for 15 years.  I am interested in knowing the districts
who pay 
their nurses the same salary scale as the teachers.  I am also,
interested in 
your highest step on your scale and the salary of that step.  As I have
look at 
a few school websites it seems that our salary is behind many in the
state.  
Our teachers are paid some of the highest salaries in the state but our

nurses salaries our last step in behind many.

I would appreciate any information.
