I wanted you all to know how much I think of you all every day and all
the wonderful things you do for our kids in Arkansas. I know you feel
unappreciated but please know that you have cheerleaders everywhere! I
value our connection and know that you are there taking care of our kids
with compassion. Sometimes it seems that we get bogged down in the
everyday grind and then out of the blue that child that has been grating
on that nerve comes up and gives you a hug or a thank you or tells you
that you smell good. Hug back and live with the 3 E's---Energy,
Enthusiasm and Empathy. Thank you all for your support! The best is yet
