[School-nurse] End of year reports

Good morning! What a glorious last day of National Nurses' Week. I hope
your week has been a good one and hopefully uneventful!

Thought I would send a reminder about the end of school reports.

Hearing and Scoliosis-please send your completed reports to me at my
address below. You can do this at the end of the school year.

Vision-I only need anything that you might have received (i.e. exam
results) since the Feb. 15 data pull.

All of these summary forms can be found on our website
www.arkansascsh.org <http://www.arkansascsh.org/>  under School Nurses
and then Forms. Just send them all to me.

 

I also want to encourage all of you to go to the website under school
nurses and read the summary of the stats that 75 school reported last
year on the School Nurse Survey. I am using these stats when we meet
with the Governor today. So, I would love it if ALL 245 school districts
would complete this survey every year. You can find this survey on the
website as well. Many other states report their data each year. I hope
that there are more than 75 of the 245 school districts that report this
year. That is 30% of the school districts.
