[School-nurse] Health guidelines for Pre K staff

Does anyone have any policies / procedures / guidelines written for handling illness, injury or health issues specific for Pre K?  We follow DHS illness policy, but I need some policies or guidelines to give Pre K staff outlining when and what conditions to notify the nurse for.  Any health policies you have written would be helpful.
