[School-nurse] Energy drinks and sprays/Drug Policy

I hope I'm not posting this twice.  

Does any of your districts consider over use or abuse of energy drinks and sprays as a violation of the drug policy?  For example, if a student exhibits symptoms from the use of these products that warrant nurse assessment or intervention, or referral for medical care.
