[School-nurse] energy drinks

Not sure about policy, but here at the attached link you can find evidence to back up the need for the drinks to be included in a drug policy or a similar type policy r/t this matter:

Do any of your districts include overuse/abuse of these in the drug policy?  For example, if a student uses it and has symptoms that require your intervention or evaluation, are they disciplined under the drug policy?  Does this question make sense?

I hope I'm not posting this twice. 

Does any of your districts consider over use or abuse of energy drinks and sprays as a violation of the drug policy?  For example, if a student exhibits symptoms from the use of these products that warrant nurse assessment or intervention, or referral for medical care.
